Dennis is the co-founder at Tong Miller & Associates. Prior to launching Tong Miller & Associates in August 2021, Dennis worked in the recruiting and talent acquisition industry for over 30 years. During this time, he developed and grew a retained search firm and premium contingency recruitment organization, Westport International and PinPoint Solutions. This firm became an elite executive level search and management firm that Dennis let go in order to pursue Tong Miller and Associates. He also worked to integrate Employee Value Proposition concepts to employee engagement with the purchase of Scarlett Surveys, one of the nation’s oldest employee engagement survey organizations. Additionally, Dennis worked briefly as a global recruiting manager at Eaton Corporation to help build the talent acquisition function. Dennis's experiences have yielded high praise as coworkers and clients describe him as a "strategic thought partner" who dedicates time and respect to his candidates.

Beth is the founder of Tong Miller & Associates. Beth is a 23-year veteran of the search and talent acquisition industry, with experience spanning multiple industry sectors including clients ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. She began her search career by successfully conducting numerous executive search assignments with CT Partners (aka Christian & Timbers). Shortly after, Beth was named Vice President of Executive Recruiting at National City Corporation, one of the nation’s largest financial holding companies at the time. Moving forward in her career, Beth joined Eaton Corporation, who at the time was a $12 billion, 63,000 employees, leader in the industrial manufacturing sector. While here, she successfully led the professional global recruiting function. Following Eaton, she was the Managing Partner at Westport Intl for 15 years, where she led the retained search group, up until the launch of Tong Miller & Associates. In the past 12 months she has successfully completed more than 20 searches for global diversified industrial with a concentration in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

In 1996 I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hiram College and in 2002 I received an MBA from Baldwin Wallace college in Berea, Ohio. In 2022 I chose to retire from
a Sr. Leadership role in Wisconsin and relocated to SW Florida and began a
Senior Recruiter role.
